1. Introduction

Welcome to The British Outdoor Kitchen Co. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services related to the purchase and installation of modular outdoor kitchens (“Products”) in the United Kingdom. By accessing or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under UK law.

3. Products and Services
Our Products include modular outdoor kitchen units, accessories, and related installation services.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for guidance only. Actual finishes and dimensions may vary slightly.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify Products without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment, as specified at checkout.
We accept payments in AED via approved methods (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other options listed on our website).
All prices include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

5. Delivery and Installation
Delivery is available across the UK. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Customers must ensure site readiness for installation (e.g., access, utilities, and compliance with building regulations).
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Ownership transfers only after full payment is received.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided Products are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Custom or made-to-order Products are non-refundable unless defective.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with UK Consumer Protection Law.

7. Warranty
Products are covered by a 25 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, or exposure to extreme weather beyond recommended use.
Third party supplied products such as BBQ units, Fridges and Pizza Ovens are not covered.  

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, The British Outdoor Kitchen Co shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product in question.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of The British Outdoor Kitchen Co and protected under UK copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the UK.

11. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
